At Eco Playroom, we are excited to send our beautiful, eco-friendly toys on their way to their new homes! We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This page explains how we ship our products.

Our Shipping Methods

To offer you a wide range of wonderful toys, we ship items in two different ways:

Shipped Directly From Eco Playroom: Many of our products are lovingly packaged by our team right here in Victoria. We take great care to use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever we can.
Shipped From Our Supplier Partners (Dropshipping): Some items are shipped to you directly from our trusted Australian suppliers. This allows us to offer a broader selection of products and is an environmentally friendly choice that reduces double-handling and shipping emissions.

Please Note: If your order contains items from both shipping methods, you will receive them in separate parcels.

Processing Times

Items from Eco Playroom: We aim to process and dispatch these orders within 1-3 business days.
Items from Our Suppliers: These items are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days directly from our partners.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a part of your order is on its way. If your order is being sent in multiple parcels, you will receive a separate confirmation and tracking number for each one.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of 12.99 for standard shipping Australia-wide.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150!
Express Shipping: Express Post is available for items shipped directly from Eco Playroom headquarters for a flat rate of 17.99. Please note, express shipping is not available for dropshipped items.

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated transit times for delivery.

Standard Post:

Victoria: 2-5 business days
NSW, SA, ACT, TAS: 3-7 business days
QLD, WA, NT: 7-12 business days

Express Post (for eligible items):

Metro Areas: 1-2 business days
Regional Areas: 2-4 business days

Order Tracking

Once each part of your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel's journey on the carrier's website.
