Return Policy

At Eco Playroom, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or, on the rare occasion, an item may not be perfect. We've made our returns process as simple as possible.

Our policy is guided by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We get it, sometimes things just aren't the right fit! If you've had a change of heart, we are happy to accept returns for a refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us to initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original, saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To start a change of mind return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Get in Touch: Email us with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return.
  2. Pack it Up: Carefully package the item to ensure it's protected on its journey back to us.
  3. Send it Back: Post the item to the return address we provide.

Please note, for change of mind returns, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return postage. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or store credit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

The safety and quality of our toys are of the utmost importance. Every item is inspected before it is sent to you, but we know that things can sometimes go wrong.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve this quickly for you, please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the fault.
  • A clear photo or short video showing the issue.

Our team will assess the fault and get back to you promptly with a solution. In line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, for a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For a minor fault, we will offer a replacement or repair. We will, of course, cover all postage costs for the return of a faulty item.

Our Promise:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
